ROYALTY-FREE LICENSE
HistoriClipz, Jazzy Clipz 2 or Holiday Clipz (hereinafter known as "the software") has been copyrighted in 1999 by Okara Graphics (OG). All rights are reserved, and OG retains the ownership of this software. This software is licensed to you under the following conditions:

Permitted Uses. You MAY:

Use the software on one compatible computer by one person at a time.
Distribute your end-product without royalty payments providing images are not resold.
Make copies of individual files for use in your applications & backups.

Prohibited Uses: You MAY NOT:

Resell, distribute for profit, rent, sub-license, or lease software or documentation.
Alter, modify or adapt the software or documentation, including but not limited to translating, decompiling, or creating derivative works.
Use the software on a network, file server or virtual disk.

EXCEPTION: Under certain conditions, legitimate, not-for-profit organizations may obtain permission to resell items incorporating Okara images. Proof of non-profit status and a statement of intent will be required before Okara grants an exception to getting a Resale license.

OG will replace demonstrably defective software at no charge when returned with dated proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. OG will, in no event be liable for direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use. Nothing in this License Agreement constitutes a waiver of OG's rights under the U.S. copyright laws or any other law.

Examples of use covered by Okara's royalty-free use license:

Images MAY BE USED for advertising, promotional and editorial purposes in which the images are not sold:

1. Web Design
2. Multimedia Design
3. Presentations and Reports
4. Brochures
5. Advertising and Promotion
6. Disposable packaging
7. Magazines and other editorial

You MAY NOT USE these images for the following examples UNLESS a Resale License is purchased:

1. Book Jackets and Interior pages
2. Greeting Cards
3. Non-disposable Packaging
4. Clothing, e.g. T-Shirts, etc.

Transaction Policy: Shipment of products occurs within 24-hours of received order(s), whether paid by personal check, P.O. or credit card. Refunds are happily made within 2 weeks of receipt of a written notice, proof of purchase from the customer, accompanied by return of the merchandise in good order. Such notice for refunds and return of merchandise must be received within 30 days of purchase. Bouncing checks are assessed a fee of $15.00 for the hassles involved.
