Above, the "Tax Relief" banner was used to promote a sale of clip art by Okara Graphics. It was was saved as a GIF animated file and included at the top of an e-mail letter.

Right click on banner and select "Play" mode.

Called "Ocean of Confusion", this animation was the first such animation completed by Collis Davis. He conceived the idea and executed it within Flash 4. 

Click this image to load and to run this full-screen (800X 600) movie.. When image loads, adjust the scroll bars to eliminate the white edges showing top and left of the "stage area".
